Sailing is the newest sport offered to our students through “Sail “Jamaica. Students will participate in a 3-level learn to sail programme based on the Canadian Yachting Association and the Royal Yachting Association curricula. Classes are held once per week for 8 weeks. Sail Jamaica provides transportation to and from the Royal Jamaica Yacht Club and Marina. Skills include safety, seamanship, sailing maneuvers and an introduction to racing. All offered under the watchful and professional eye of Swim Jamaica Limited. Classes for beginners are done at school and advanced classes are done at the neighbouring Stella Maris Aquatic Centre. Victory Academy (formerly Covenant Christian Academy) has produced national swimming representative
s who have won medals at the CARIFTA Games (Jordan Spencer and Mario Scully) and also at the Special Olympics (swimmer Damani Saunders)
This is offered to all students through the Russell Tennis Academy. In addition there is individualised coaching for competitive play. Victory Academy currently has the National Under 14 Tennis Champion and Junior Davis Cup Representative.
Over the eight year history of the competition for private schools, the school has won the trophy twice and made it to the finals three times. The school has a rich history in basketball, despite many limitations.

In addition to entering the Jamaica Independent Schools Association Football Competition over the years, Victory Academy (formerly Covenant Christian Academy – High) has participated and won the Oral Roberts University Educational Fellowship 3-man soccer competition, in Tulsa Oklahoma 3 times and placed second two times.
Track and Field
This has been the pride and joy of the school for many years, continuing the legacy of excellence from Covenant Christian Academy – High. Victory Academy has remained competitive despite our small enrollment, producing outstanding athletes.
The school has produced champion athletes, The school placed as high as 2nd in the National Independent Schools Championships twice and won relays at the National Relay Festival – the Gibson Relays on two occasions. Our students have competed in the Miami Classics and at the Oral Roberts University Educational Fellowship (ORUEF) in track and field winning many medals over the years.
